CYCLIST’S DEATH RULED SUICIDE

Official ruling on the cause of death of John H. Winter, Spokane motorcycle rider who was found dead at the scene of a motorcycle accident on Highway 23 last Tuesday night, was determined to be suicide. Winter was found with a gunshot wound in his head.

County Coroner Peter Martin issued the determination last Friday after an autopsy was conducted on Winter.
