Garfield UMC Church slates Vacation Bible School

Vacation Bible School at Garfield United Methodist Church will be 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. next week, July 19-23. All area youngsters are invited. There is no registration cost for VBS which will be directed by Anita Thorsteinson of Moscow United Methodist Church.

For VBS campers living in and around Garfield, free bus transpiration to and from the church, located at the corner of 2nd and Union streets, will be available.

VBS campers will "voyage into outer space praising God. Through daily missions, they will see space like never before and gain a new appreciation of God's creation, and learn easy 'green' earth tips that they can practice at home," said Thorsteinson.
