Garfield plans May Day celebration

The annual Garfield May Day celebration will be May 15 beginning at 6 a.m. with a Boy Scout Breakfast at Garfield Elementary, farmers market at LaDow Grange, a 5K run and a 3 on 3 basketball tournament in downtown Garfield.

A May Day parade, chili cook-off, live entertainment, food and craft booths at the park are also on the agenda.
