Charges filed in highway deaths

Two charges of vehicular homicide were filed Wednesday in superior court against Victor J. Marly, Milton Freewater, driver of a Chevrolet Trailblazer which collided with a Toyota Camry Sept. 19 in a double fatality accident on the Walla Walla Highway south of Dusty.

The accident took the lives of a Lewiston couple, Ronald West, 64, and Frances West, 72. Prosecutor Denis Tracy filed one charge for each of the two victims.
