G.W. Smith has for sale at Penawawa about 40,000 pounds of fall and winter apples at 2 cents per pound.

E.S. Bigelow, living near Colfax, added a 20 pound turnip to our museum this week.

Last Saturday’s down train consisted of 30 wheat laden cars. The grain moves.

Colfax Library is in receipt of about twenty miscellaneous volumes, part of an order for forty, recently sent to Harper Bros., N.Y.
