Finch appointment delayed again

Rick Finch of Pullman had his appointment to the Whitman County’s Board of Adjustment delayed again by county commissioners Monday. Finch’s term is now slated to begin Nov. 1.

Finch, who currently serves on the county’s planning commission, was originally appointed to the board in June.

Commissioners then delayed the start of his term until October because they wanted Finch to stay on the planning commission until it finished with the commercial wind ordinance.
