    MOSCOW — Pullman resident Hala Zahalqa was initiated into the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi at University of Idaho.     COLFAX — The Colfax Kiwanis hosted its first successful annual Masquerade Ball on Sunday, March 10, with about 65 people turning out for the event.
