    COLFAX - Howard Ulrich won the Colfax Chamber of Commerce Passport to Colfax 2021 contest. The contest started at the Holiday Open house in November and closed at Winterfest. Contestants were to gather stamps from participating businesses and turn them in to be part of a random drawing for $200.     RITZVILLE — Sen. Mark Schoesler’s efforts to halt implementation of the new long-term care tax on workers in Washington State may be paying off.     PULLMAN – A Colfax family finished Christmas shopping, and was heading home when a passenger in a stopped car tried to shoot them.
