    Colfax again rolled through the lineup of foes, some of them in the A division, to advance to the title round and win Saturday at the Okanogan tournament.   • McDougle pleads guilty in gambling-theft case

    Jennifer McDougle, 45, Pullman, Friday morning in superior court entered a plea of guilty to a charge of first degree theft which evolved from a state gambling commission report. McDougle was charged with taking funds from tenants while she was employed at Emerald Downs Apartments in Pullman. The amount of funds missing was approximately $30,000, Dan LeBeau, senior deputy prosecutor, told the court. McDougle was granted a request to have her sentencing delayed until Dec. 11.     On May 15, Washington Gov. Jay Inslee declared a statewide drought emergency following higher than normal temperatures and an extra mild winter.     Rosalia town officials are considering establishing three new no parking and limited parking zones in town. Mayor Nan Konishi said the town council is considering establishing a no parking zone at the driveway in front of the Rosalia Texaco Visitor Center.
