    St. John/Endicott graduate Jacob Quinton completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Yale New Haven Hospital as part of the Yale Primary Care Program this spring. Quinton will take his board examinations this summer. He will join the National Clinicians Scholars Program at UCLA for a two year fellowship in health policy research starting July 1.     Paradox cover band from Moscow performed at Pullman’s Music on Main summer concert series June 20. The concert attracted close to 50 people and had onlookers from surrounding businesses.     Janelle I. Braun, 39, Spokane, pleaded not guilty in superior court Friday morning to a charge of first- degree theft and was scheduled for trial Aug. 12. Braun was arrested in Spokane on a warrant and brought to jail here. The arrest warrant was issued April 12 after Braun failed to appear March 12 on a summons which was issued after she was charged.
