A Gallup poll of 150,000 people around the world revealed that seven of the 10 happiest countries are in Latin America.

Gallup, Inc. asked about 1,000 respondents in 148 countries in 2011whether they were well-rested, had been treated with respect, smiled or laughed a lot, learned or did something interesting and felt feelings of enjoyment the previous day.
