Egg hunts can be found around the Palouse this weekend
COLFAX - With Easter coming up this Sunday, April 20, the Palouse has several egg hunts planned.
In Colfax at 5:30 p.m., on Friday, April 18, the annual Friends of the Parks Easter egg hunt will once again fill Schmuck Park full of eggs to find.
The Colfax Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia will also host an Easter egg hunt, at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 19. located at 1150 West Fairview.
Children are invited to hunt for treasures, enjoy sweet treats and visit with the Easter Bunny.
Age groups include, 4 and under, 5 to 7 and 8 to 10.
ST. JOHN- The annual Easter egg hunt will take place at 10 a.m., at the St. John Park.
The event is organized by the St. John Eagles 4-H Club and is for infants to third graders.
Tekoa - The Chamber of Commerce will host an Easter egg hunt at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 19, at the Tekoa Football field, 513 East Henkle Street.
Attendees ages 12 and under are asked to bring their own basket and bag and may catch a glimpse of the Easter Bunny.
GARFIELD- A hunt will take place at 10 a.m., on Saturday, April 19, at the school.
FARMINGTON- The town park will have eggs to find at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 19.
ROSALIA- An annual Easter egg hunt will happen at 11:15 a.m. in the city park.
UNIONTOWN - The Town of Uniontown and donations from the community have funded an Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April 19.
The hunt will take place at 10 a.m., at Holzer Park.
OAKESDALE - Another park will be full of prizes and candy on Saturday.
The Easter egg hunt will take place from 10 a.m. to noon at the Oakesdale park for ages 12 and under. Coffee and baked goods will be available.
LACROSSE - Community pride is hosting an Easter egg hunt at 10 a.m. on Saturday, at the city park.
Endicott - The community Easter egg hunt will take place at 10 a.m. on Saturday, at the Trinity Church for all children through third grade.
PULLMAN - The Kiwanis Club is hosting the annual Easter egg hunt at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 19, at Kruegel Park.
Attendees are asked to arrive early.
Also taking place in Pullman on Easter Sunday, the Evangelical Free Church of the Palouse will host an Easter egg hunt after service.
