Brayan Calvario, was found guilty of possession of liquor under the age of 21 and charges of third-degree driving with a suspended license have been dismissed. The defendant is sentenced to one day of jail, which can be converted to 12 hours and may be done out of county at the defendant’s expense. The defendant has $343 in total fines due by Oct. 31, 2025, and may perform community service in lieu of $300 of fines, credited at the rate of $17 an hour and approved in advance by the pro...
