NOTICE is hereby given that the city of Pullman has issued a Preliminary Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) pursuant to the rules of the State Environmental Policy Act for a proposal submitted by Germain Farms, LLC which involves:

Rezone request from R1 & C3 to R2 on 75 acres. Basic maximum density for the R2 zoning district is 15 dwelling units per net acre. Due to hilly terrain, a future project would have a significantly lower density.
