Clarifications to 'Shed lost in fire'

COLFAX — These are some clarifications in the “Shed lost in fire outside Colfax” story from the Thursday, Aug. 1, issue of the Gazette.

Whitman County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a wildland fire at 6:41 p.m. on Sunday, July 28, in which a structure was on fire.

The article states that Colfax Firefighter David Buckley was reviewing the footage to see if it showed any indications of arson.

“The fire investigator is handling all of the footage,” Buckley said.
