Timothy Lee Andrew Holly, 26, warrant DUI and making a false statement to a public servant. Held on a $25,000 bond or $2,500 cash bail through District Court. Additional charges May 29, warrant, held without bail through Nez Perce 2nd Judicial District Court.

Tiffany Lynn Fernandez, 27, theft 3rd degree and burglary 2nd degree. Held without bail through Superior Court.
