NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE (DNS)

Whitman County Planning issued a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project:

A riparian restoration project designed to decrease soil erosion along Rose Creek which flows into Fourmile Creek. In Fall of 2024, bioengineered streambank structures are to be installed within the active channel and native plants are to be placed along the edges and downstream areas.
