PALOUSE— Palouse Conservation District has financial reimbursement available for interested growers of seeding cover crops this spring or fall.

Eligible growers must have farmed within Whitman County, and plant a minimum of 10 acres for three years, confirmed Conservation Coordinator Tami Stubbs.

The funds are intended to offset the cost of cover crop seeding, and are available on a first-served basis until gone.
