Colfax dusts off Reardan in district opener

Bulldogs remain undefeated as postseason begins

SPOKANE VALLEY-The Colfax girls basketball team has one goal in mind: hoisting the 2B state championship trophy to cap off an undefeated, title-winning season. The Bulldogs took their first playoff step toward that goal Monday, easily defeating the Reardan Screaming Eagles 60-24 in the District 7 2B quarterfinals.

After surrendering the first five points of the game, Colfax scored 11 straight and never gave up its lead.
