RITZVILLE – The up-and-down Broncos’ boys basketball team pulled off a big win over the Colfax Bulldogs, handing them their third loss of the season in a 64-54 win, Friday, Jan. 26.
From the opening tip-off, it was clear Lind/Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna/Kahlotus came to the gym ready to play. Senior Chase Galbreath’s aggressive play set the tone early as he drove the lane and attacked the basket to score 11 of the Broncos 18 first quarter points. Adrik Jenkin scored seven points for the Bulldogs. At the end of the first quarter, LRS led 18-17.
