COLFAX—The Whitman County Jail reported the following individuals being booked from Jan. 11 to Jan. 18

Jan. 11

Nicole Renee Simons, 30, was arrested and booked into the Whitman County Jail for felony charges of delivery of a controlled substance and accomplice to vehicle theft.

Jan. 12

Andrew Jackson Gilbert, 41, was arrested and booked into the Whitman County Jail for a federal violation. Gilbert is being held without bail through federal court.

Robert Thumper Lee Hensley, 34, was arrested and booked into the Whitman County Jail for a federal violation. Hensley is being held without bail through federal court.

Gary Gibson Miller, 33, was arrested and booked into the Whitman County Jail for a federal violation. Miller is being held without bail through federal court.

Joseph Cody Varner, 26, was arrested and booked into the Whitman County Jail for warrants for burglary, and theft of a firearms. Varner has a bond of $10,500 or $10,500 cash bail through Whitman County Superior Court.

Jan. 13

Donald William Jacobson, 73, was arrested and booked into the Whitman County Jail for theft of a firearm X6. Jacobson has a bond of $15,000 or cash bail of $15,000 through Spokane County Superior Court.

Jan. 14

Nicholas James Bunch, 39, was arrested and booked into the Whitman County Jail for 3 counts of vehicle prowl, and theft of a motor vehicle. Bunch has a $10,000 bond, or 1,000 cash bail through Whitman County Superior Court.

Anthony Elijah Clark, 23, was arrested and booked into the Whitman County Jail for malicious 2 counts of malicious mischief. Clark has a $4,000 bond, or $4,000 cash bail through Spokane County District Court.

Eugene Carlson Hammer, 22, was arrested and booked into the Whitman County Jail for animal cruelty. Hammer’s goodtime release date was Jan. 16 at 11 a.m.

Mesur Khaled Yosuf, 19, was arrested and booked inot the Whitman County Jail for driving with licenses suspended or revoked, and driving under the influence. Yosuf has a bond of $50,000 or $5,000 cash bail through Whitman County District Court.

Jan. 15

Florence Flower Nightpipe, 25, was arrested and booked into the Whitman County Jail for assault. Nightpipe is being held without bail through Whitman County District Court.

Jan. 16

Hunter Dirck Dewitt, 51, was arrested and booked into the Whitman Coutny Jail for driving with license suspended or revoked. Dewitt has a $250 bond or $250 cash bail trhough Colfax Municipal Court.\ Noah Timothy Barker, 24, was arrested and booked into the Whitman County Jail for driving with license suspended or revoked, and an ignition interlock violation. Was found to be a habitual traffic offender. Barker is being held on a $1,000 bond or $1,000 cash bail through Whitman County District Court.

Daren Richard McBride, 53, was arrested and booked into the Whitman County Jail for harassment. McBride’s goodtime release was Jan. 17 at 5:15 p.m.
