COLFAX – The Whitman County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls from Dec. 20 to Dec. 26:

1:50 a.m.- SR 195 milepost 33, Colfax. Deputy responded to a report of a one vehicle slide off.

7:30 a.m.- Broadway Street and Union Street, Colton. Deputy assisted WSP with a one vehicle slide off.

8:06 a.m.- South Margin Street, St. John. Deputy received an APS referral.

8:38 a.m.- Broadway Street, Colton. Deputy received a report of a subject going door to door asking to use the WIFI. Deputy responded, and was unable to locate the subject.
