Winter sports opening in Whitman County

The fall sports seasons have all but concluded and that means basketball and wrestling seasons are now underway.

The hoops in the high school gymnasiums will finally be lowered and the wrestling mats will be rolled out of the supply closets.

Here’s a schedule of all the winter sports events happening in the county this weekend.
