10:18 a.m. — Officer responded to a report of a driver serving and almost hitting cars driving southbound through Colfax.

11:00 a.m. — Suspicious vehicle; pickup parked behind hospital for five days.

2:36 p.m. — Traffic violation on East Street.

4:57 p.m. — Non-injury crash on Main Street.

5:01 p.m. — Thomas Oien arrested after police responded to Hillcrest Drive for a domestic dispute.

9:16 p.m. — Officer responded to a report of a vehicle driving in and out of a ditch and hitting guard rail three times near Milepost 41 of U.S. Highway 195.

4:46 a.m. — West Church Street, Uniontown. Deputy responded to a domestic dispute.

6:27 a.m. — East Thorn Street and South Main Street, Colfax. Deputy, Fire, and EMS responded for an injury accident. No patients were transported.

8:12 a.m. — Union Street, Colton. Deputy requested a case for a DARE presentation.

10:09 a.m. — Steptoe Street, Colton. Deputy requested a case for a DARE presentation.

10:45 a.m.- Stoneham Road, Rosalia. Deputy responded to a fraud report.

11:23 a.m.- Steptoe Street, Colton. Deputy requested a case for a DARE presentation.

11:35 a.m. — Clear Creek Road, Palouse. Deputy, Fire and EMS responded to a one vehicle roll over. The patient was transported to the hospital via ambulance.

3:05 p.m. — Deputy, Fire, and EMS responded for a 3-vehicle accident. One patient was transported to the hospital via ambulance.

3:09 p.m. — South Grand Avenue and Fairmount Road, Pullman. Deputy responded to assist the Pullman Police Department.

1:20 a.m. — South Main Street, Colfax. Deputy received a report of a burglary/intrusion alarm.

2:24 a.m. — Farmington Road, and Cole Road, Farmington. Deputy responded to a report of a one vehicle accident, a deputy was assigned for investigation.

8:06 a.m. — North Third Street, Garfield. Deputy requested a case for DARE.

Sept. 30

7:19 a.m. — North Grand Avenue, Pullman. Deputy responded to assist the Pullman Police Department.

8:56 a.m.- J W Baylor Road and Hume Road, Garfield. Deputy responded to a vehicle stuck in the mud.

1:35 p.m. — Steptoe Butte State Park Road and Hume Road, Oakesdale. Deputy responded to a report of an abandoned boat.

6:55 p.m. — SR 195 milepost 17, Pullman. Tim K Redmond, a 59 year old from Pullman, was arrested on warrant and booked into the Whitman County Jail.

8:22 p.m. — North Crosby Street, Tekoa. Deputy responded to a trespassing complaint.

8:24 p.m. — Southeast Stadium way and east main street, Pullman. Deputy requested a case.

10:43 p.m. — North Brockway Drive and west 1st street, Pullman. Deputy responded to a barking dog complaint.

Oct. 1

1:19 a.m. — Northeast Stadium way and North Grand avenue, Pullman. Drew H Borbe, a 21 year old male from Pullman was arrested for driving under the influence and booked into Whitman County jail.

4:22 a.m. — Granite Road, Colfax. Deputy responded to a report of a sinking boat.

3:57 p.m. — Southwest Staley Drive, Pullman. Deputy responded to a missing persons report.

6:06 p.m — Northeast Terre View Drive and East Grimes way, Pullman. Deputy, Fire and EMS responded to a subject having a heart attack. The patient was transported to the hospital via ambulance.

6:27 p.m. — South Whitman Avenue, Rosalia. Deputy responded to a report of a suspicious subject in the area.

6:50 p.m. — U.S. Highway 195 milepost 27, Pullman. Deputy responded to a two-vehicle injury crash.

1:41 a.m. — Northeast B Street, Pullman. Megan A Milan, a 22 year old from Pullman, was arrested for driving under the influence and booked into Whitman County Jail.

5:31 a.m. — Rose Creek Road, Pullman. Deputy responded to a 911 call, which was determined to be a phone line issue.

9:24 a.m.- Rose Creek Road, Pullman. Deputy responded to a 911 call, which was determined to be a phone line issue.

10:41 a.m. — Rose Creek Road, Pullman. Deputy responded to a 911 call, which was determined to be a phone line issue.

1:40 p.m.- SR 128, Clarkston. Deputy responded to a report of a semi being drive erratically.

2:23 p.m. — Rose Creek Road, Pullman. Deputy responded to a 911 call, which was determined to be a phone line issue.

3:01 p.m. — South Whitman Avenue, Rosalia. Deputy contacted a citizen who requested to speak to a Deputy.

3:08 p.m.- Boone Hill Road, Colton. Deputy responded to a report of mail theft.

7:47 p.m.- West 1st Street and Norht Brockway Drive, Rosalia. Deputy responded to an anonymous complaint of a barking dog.

8:30 p.m.- Douglas Street, Johnson. Deputy responded to a report of suspicious noises in the area.

Colfax — The Whitman County Jail reported the following individuals booked from Sept. 22 to Oct. 4:

Oct. 4

Darien Leaf Armstrong, 24, second-degree burglary and third-degree theft. Held without bail through Whitman County Superior Court.

Oct. 3

Peterson Fergus Gilbert, 21, fourth-degree assault, three counts of fourth-degree assault-domestic violence, harassment-domestic violence, second-degree robbery-domestic violence and obstructing a law enforcement officer.Good release date set for Oct. 5.

Sept. 30

Tim Kent Redmond, 59, warrant for violation of probation for possession of a controlled substance. Held without bail through Nez Perce County, Idaho, District Court.

Jacob Steven Rider, 20, first-degree maliciosu mischief. Good time release date Sept. 29, 2023.

Sept. 28

Joshua David Bewick, 32, warrant for failure to appear for sentencing. Held without bail through Whitman County Superior Court.

Makia Kerry Lund, 31, driving without a license and making false/misleading statement to a public servant. Bail set at $500.

Sept. 27

Omar Junior Miller, 21, prisoner in possession of drugs in a state institution. Good time release date set for Oct. 16.

Sept. 26

Quntay Vendell Berry Jr., 24, first-degree driving with a suspended/revoked license (found to be an habitual traffic offender) and ignition interlock violation. Good time release date of Oct. 6.

Sept. 25

Lindsey Rae Cooper Staley, 41, second-degree assault-domestic violence, harassment-domestic violence, violation of a domestic violence no-contact order. Bail set at $10,000.

Sept. 21

Tristan Willie Gene Salter, 24, warrant for

felony to appear for felony stalking. Bail set at $5,000.

David Kenneth Lord, 49, harassment-domestic violence, first-degree burglary-domestic violence, and riminal trespassing-domestic violence. Bail set at $10,000.

Sept. 20
