Palouse pool closes for the season

PALOUSE — The Palouse Pool was closed for emergency repairs Thursday, Aug. 4.
“After the initial repair was completed at the pool, we started the boiler to heat the pool this morning and found a pipe had burst in the pool house wall overnight,” City Administrator Misty La Follett said. “Repairing this pipe will require chiseling into the wall.
“Unfortunately, the pool will remain closed for the rest of the season.
“Thank you for making this a great pool season, and we will see everyone next year.”
