COLFAX — The Whitman County District Court reported the following conviction sentences May 17-19:

May 17

·Alejandro Guitierrez, first-degree driving while license suspended, defendant sentenced to 364 days of jail, suspended 354 days; and a fine of $500 with $500 suspended. Defendant must serve a total of 10 days in jail with credit for no days served. Criminal conviction fee of 43, and a monitoring fee of $300, at a total of $343. $300 of this total is converted to community service, which must be completed by August 31.
