COLFAX – Folk Mountain Gospel will be performing at Colfax United Methodist Church on May 15.

The group features husband and wife Don and Donna Mohl of Scott Hill, Tenn., playing a variety of instrumental folk songs highlighting biblical stories and mountain instruments.

The concert is at 9:30 a.m. at the 109 S. Mill St. church.

Folk Mountain Gospel uses mountain originating instruments such as the hammer dulcimer, mountain dulcimer, zither, and psaltery, as well as guitar, mandolin and other instruments.
