Yvonne Marie Medutis

Yvonne Marie Medutis, a longtime Colfax resident, passed away Thursday, Dec. 9, 2021, at Whitman Health and Rehab Center, where she had been for only a short time. She was 87.

Yvonne was born in Fort Yates, N.D. on Nov. 17, 1934, to Nellie C. Sloan.

Yvonne lived with her great-aunt and uncle when she was a baby and she moved with them to Moscow, Idaho.

After her mother finished beauty school, she also made the move to Idaho and joined the rest of the family already there.
