The public is notified of a conditional use permit request from Kirk and Mellissa Dugger. The proposal is to expand an existing permitted seasonal recreational vehicle (RV) park on a parcel. located approximately 6.5 miles north of Pullman, half way between Pullman and Palouse, in the NW corner of the Palouse-Albion Road/SR 27 intersection, at 101 Palouse-Albion Road, in Section 27, Township 16 N, Range 45 E, W.M., Whitman County, Washington.
