The following judgments were issued Jan. 6 in Whitman County District Court:

Jose A. Alverez-Renteria, driving under the influence, sentenced to 364 days in jail, 363 suspended; $3,000 fine, $2,000 suspended. Criminal conviction fee of $43, restitution to city of Pullman, $247.65, $600 supervised probation fee and $56.33 DUI recovery fee. Defendant shall make month payments of $50 beginning Feb. 1. Community service at a rate of $14 per hour may replace the $1,000 in fines. Community service would have to be completed by June 30. Defendant also sentencted to 24 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation, and undergo an alcohol assessment.

Santonio Bouie, driving while under the influence, sentenced to 364 days in jail, 363 suspended; $3,000 fine, $2,000 suspended. Criminal conviction fee of $43, public defender recoup of $175, $600 supervised probation fee and $56.33 DUI recovery fee. Defendant shall make month payments of $50 beginning Feb. 1. Community service at a rate of $14 per hour may replace the $1,000 in fines. Community service would have to be completed by June 30. Defendant also sentencted to 24 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation, and undergo a substance use disorder evaluation and attend a DUI victim panel within 3 months. License suspended for 90 days.

Jaclyn Erickson, disorderly conduct, deferred sentence for 12 months, provided no other criminal violations occur. Sentecced to 90 days in jail, 90 susopended; $1,000 fine, $800 suspended. Defendant shall pay $43 criminal conviction fee and a $300 probation monitoring fee. Defendant will undergo superviised probation for 12 months, and complete a DUI victims impact panel within three months. Defendent may not use or possess alcohol or marijuana. The $200 fine may be converted to community service at a rate of $14 per hour.

Riley H. Hunter, driving while under the influence, sentenced to 364 days in jail, 363 suspended; $3,000 fine, $2,000 suspended. Criminal conviction fee of $43, $600 supervised probation fee and $237.82 DUI recovery fee. Defendant shall make month payments of $50 beginning Feb. 1. Community service at a rate of $14 per hour may replace the $1,000 in fines. Community service would have to be completed by Dec. 31. Defendant also sentenced to 24 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation, and undergo an expanded alcohol assessment within 45 days, and attend DUI victim impact panel within 3 months. License suspended for 90 days.

Miles Stohler, physical control, sentenced to 364 days in jail, 363 suspended; $3,000 fine, $2,000 suspended. Defendant must pay $43 criminal conviction fee and a $300 supervised probation fee. Payments may be made at $25 per month started on March 1. Community service allowed in lieu of fine at $14 per hour. Defendant sentenced to 24 months supervised probation, 12 months unsupervised. Defenated must undergo substance use disorder evaluation and attend a DUI victim impact panel within 3 months. Drivers license suspended for 90 days.
