Yvonne Zehm

Yvonne Zehm, 66, of Colfax, WA passed away December 3, 2021 at Whitman Health and Rehabilitation Center in Colfax, WA.

Yvonne was born July 18, 1955 in Chewelah, WA to Vernice & Dorothy (Poetter) Zehm. The family moved to Spokane Valley and later to Valleyford, WA where Yvonne grew up and attended school. She graduated from Freeman High School in 1973 and attended Beauty College as well as Sheet Metal School.

Yvonne went to work for TSA at the Spokane International Airport where she worked until her health caused her early retirement. She enjoyed Elvis Presley and Tinker Bell and was a collector of carousel horses.

Yvonne is survived by her two sons Darryl Theis and Andrew Theis; her siblings Bill, Sandy, Dale, Merle, Verna, Linda, Paul, Vernice, Brenda and Brian; four grandchildren Destiny, Hannah, Tyler & Darryl. She was preceded in death by her parents.

The memorial service will be held Monday, December 20, 2021 at 1 PM at the Tekoa Community Church in Tekoa, WA. Bruning Funeral Home of Colfax, WA has been entrusted with arrangements. Online condolences may be sent to http://www.bruningfuneralhome.com
