Pumpkin disposal free in Palouse

PALOUSE – Twin Raven Farms is taking leftover Halloween pumpkins and disposing of them for free.

On Monday, people can bring the former jack-o'-lanterns to the Palouse library from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. An attendant will be at a blue truck to accept the pumpkins.

Natural pumpkins are to be used for farm animal feed. Pumpkins with paint or that are treated are to be composted....
