Oakesdale defeats Tekoa-Rosalia volleyball

TEKOA – The Oakesdale Nighthawks swept the Tekoa-Rosalia Timberwolves, 3-0, during a Class 1B volleyball matchup Wednesday, Sept. 29.

Tekoa-Rosalia (1-3 overall, 0-1 in league) improved their play as the game went on, but they came up short.

Oakesdale (7-0) won 25-8, 25-10, 25-18.

The Nighthawks' Samantha Holling provided 21 assists and 9 aces. Payton Davis added 9 digs and 1 block. Gianna Anderson had 11 kills.

The Timberwolves' Emily Kramer had 6 digs. Delani Lehn provided 2 kills and a block. Libby Lehn added 5 assists and a block. Riley Terrell had 1 kill, according to Tekoa-Rosalia Coach Brian Reid.
