Palouse to restart shutoffs

PALOUSE — Palouse warns residents they are returning to standard utility practices as Gov. Jay Inslee’s moratorium ends Sept. 30.

The city is administering late fees and shutting off water for non-payment starting on Oct. 16, according to Palouse City Clerk Missy La Follett.
