Crash on SR 26 injures driver

WASHTUCNA - A Kennewick man was injured when he crashed his car on State Route 26, about 7 miles from Washtucna, on Sept. 5.

Mugtaba Y. Kori, 23, of Kennewick, was taken to a Spokane hospital, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Kori was driving west in a 2002 Acura MDX, when he lost control. The vehicle left eh road to the right, went down an embankment, and flipped several times, according to the patrol. The vehicle came to rest on the driver's side in a field nearly 50 yards off the highway.
