Report released about RV, semi collision

The Washington State Patrol released the report about a collision that tied up traffic on SR 195 on July 29. A semi-truck turned onto the highway in front of an RV.
ROSALIA - A semi-truck entered State Route 195 in front of a motorhome on July 29, according to a recent report from the Washington State Patrol.
D. J. Skeen, of Spokane Valley, stopped his 2007 Freightliner semi-truck and trailer on Thornton Bypass Road before turning onto SR 195, according to the state patrol.
Ronald D. Quincy, of Spangle, was driving his 1999 Fleetwood Holiday motorhome north on SR 195.
The motorhome struck the passenger side of the semi-truck trailer. Both vehicles stopped against the guardrail in the northeast corner of the intersection, according to the state patrol....
