Rylee Vining named WIAA Athlete of the Week

COLTON — Colton basketball senior Rylee vining was named the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA) Athlete of the Week for May 19-25.

"The WIAA and Gesa Credit Union recognize student-athletes for outstanding performances and impactful contributions in their communities. Nominations are open to athletic administrators, coaches, fans, and members of the media," stated a WIAA representative.

The Wildcats guard was averaging 25 points per game in their five-game season. She had a career-high 35 points with nine 3-pointers against Desale.
