County libraries Wi-Fi upgraded

COLFAX — Fourteen Whitman County libraries upgraded their public Wi-Fi network.

The free service was improved through funding from The Whitman County COVID-19 Nonprofit Relief Program, the library staff announced May 12.

The new equipment allows for access from a wider area at each library, so users may get online from various parking spots near each branch.

Available 24 hours per day/seven days per week, the free Wi-Fi requires no library card....
