Patriots top Timberwolves in softball

RICHLAND — The Liberty Christian Patriots took a doubleheader from Tekoa-Rosalia during Saturday’s season-opening softball game.

The Patriots topped the Timberwolves, 12-1, in the opener and 12-2 in the nightcap.

The games were called after 5 innings.

Tekoa-Rosalia was playing DeSales in Walla Walla on Tuesday night; results were not available at press time.
