PALOUSE — Worldwide Quilting Day will be celebrated March 20 with downtown quilt displays in business windows and around town.
Organizer Debbie Goetz is also asking quilters to display their creations in their home’s windows and on porches or fences, so they may be seen from the street. She will distribute a map so visitors can see the work.
Displays will be up on March 20 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
In unfavorable weather, downtown window displays will still be seen.
