PALOUSE – Child pornography was allegedly found on a computer in a Palouse home after it was shared on the internet.
Moscow police’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) told the sheriff’s office they found a person accessing and sharing child pornography through the internet in Whitman County.
“It was later determined that the location and likely subscriber to the internet IP address was associated with an individual from Palouse,” stated Whitman County Sheriff Brett Myers.
The sheriff’s office served a search warrant on a house Wesley lives in on Friday afternoon.
Wesley was arrested and “currently cooperating with investigators,” stated Myers.
His first court appearance is set for March 16.
“This investigation is ongoing,” stated Myers.
