Grant helps pay to replace three Boyer Park docks

The three docks will be replaced during fall of 2020

BOYER PARK — Three original docks at Boyer Park and Marina will be replaced.

The work is paid for in part by a $1 million grant from the Washington Recreation and Conservation Office (RCO) to the Port of Whitman.

The port made the announcement Tuesday.

The three 1975 docks will be replaced in the fall of 2022 with new fiberglass and aluminum construction. The new docks are to be a fuel dock, a finger dock, and a straight dock.
