5:30 a.m. – Country Club Road, Pullman – A deputy responded to a burglary alarm.

10:58 a.m. – Sheriff’s office – A deputy responded to a welfare check.

11:02 a.m. – Little Goose Dam Road, LaCrosse – A deputy responded to a report of a burglary.

11:25 a.m. – Whelan Road, Pullman – A deputy responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct.

1:14 p.m. – Smith Road, LaCrosse – A deputy responded to a report of suspicious circumstances.

2:22 p.m. – Hay LaCrosse Road, LaCrosse – A theft was reported.

5:02 p.m. – Wall Street, Lewiston, Idaho – A prisoner was transferred between Whitman County Jail and the Nez Perce County Jail.

1:37 p.m. – Sheriff’s office – A deputy took part in transportation of a prisoner.

3:54 p.m. – Pullman Airport Road, Pullman – A deputy investigated a one-vehicle non-injury vehicle crash.

6:13 p.m. – G Street, Endicott – A deputy responded to a 911 hang-up call. A patient was taken to the hospital by ambulance.

6:38 p.m. – Sheriff’s office – A deputy responded to a complaint of a prank call.

7:18 p.m. – SR 27, Palouse – A deputy assisted the Washington State Patrol in searching for a suspicious vehicle.

11:44 p.m. – Pullman Airport Road, Pullman – A deputy responded to a complaint of the road being slick and contacted public works.

11:47 p.m. – Fairview Street, Colfax – A deputy investigated the report of an assault.

Wednesday, Feb. 3

7:20 a.m. – Main Street, Colfax – A deputy responded to a report of the traffic lights not working by contacting the state Department of Transportation.

8:12 a.m. – Sheriff’s office – A deputy gave a ride to a citizen.

9:30 a.m. – Sheriff’s office – John D. Preston, 25, of Clarkston, Idaho, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine while in jail, and a warrant.

9:38 a.m. – Sheriff’s office – A convicted sex offender registered a new residence.

9:55 a.m. - Sheriff’s office – A deputy assisted in taking fingerprints.

11:16 a.m. – Whitman Avenue, Rosalia – Juveniles were reported to be jumping in front of cars.

12:45 p.m. – Alder Street, Palouse – A deputy took part in a public program.

1:30 p.m. - Sheriff’s office – A deputy assisted in taking fingerprints.

3:04 p.m. - Sheriff’s office – A deputy assisted in taking fingerprints.

4:20 p.m. – Whelan Road, Pullman – Delilah R. Durand, 36, of Albion, was arrested for a warrant.

7:59 p.m. – Dusty Road, LaCrosse – A deputy responded to a report of a missing person and found the person, who was fine.

7:55 a.m. – SR 26, Colfax – A deputy was conducting truck inspections.

9:09 a.m. – Henkle Street, Tekoa – A deputy took part in a public program.

10:15 a.m. – Klaveano Road, Thornton – A deputy received a report of a scam phone call.

10:34 a.m. – Sheriff’s office – A deputy assisted with taking fingerprints.

11:05 a.m. – Sand Road, Pullman – A deputy conducted a welfare check.

11:44 a.m. – McCoy Street, Oakesdale - A deputy took part in a public program.

2:43 p.m. – Wawawai Road, Clarkson – Delando E. Anderson, 31, was issued a citation for driving while his license was suspended in the third degree and released.

2:45 p.m. – Endicott Road, Endicott – A deputy investigated vandalism.
