County seeks input on plan

COLFAX — Whitman County is seeking public input in updating its comprehensive plan for the first time since 1978.

The plan idenfities county goals, priorities and polices for the next 20 years, including issues such as natural resources management, private development, public infrastructure, parks and recreation, rural community preservation, transportation and econonomic matters, officials said.
