NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Whitman County, Washington, will consider an ordinance repealing the Marijuana Moratorium, Ordinance #081343, extended most recently by Ordinance #083328.

THAT A HEARING on said adoption will be held in the office of the Whitman County Commissioners in the Courthouse in Colfax, Washington at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time on Monday February 1, 2021.
