The following individual was sentenced in Whitman County District Court on Friday, Jan. 8:
• Kim E. Rickman, Jr., was sentenced Friday morning in Whitman County District Court to 90 days in jail with 88 days suspended and a fine of $1,000, with $500 suspended, for negligent driving in the first degree.
Additional conditions of the sentence include supervised probation for 24 months, obtaining a substance use disorder evaluation, attending a DUI Victim Impact Panel within three months and more....
