NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Whitman County, Washington, will consider the Report of the County Road Engineer for the name change of County Road No. 1130, Hanson Road in Sections 3, 9, 10, & 16 Township 19 North, Range 45 East W.M. in Whitman County, Washington.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Whitman County Commissioners have set the date of Monday, November 16, 2020, at 10:20 a.m. in their Chambers, Courthouse, Colfax, WA, for proposed amendment #4 to the 2020 Whitman County budget. At that time, it is requested all department heads/elected officials requesting an amendment be present. The total amount of the proposed amended budget is approximately $65,000,000. Copies of the proposed amendment will be available November 16, 2020 by calling 397-5240.

Remote participation is available for attending the Commissioners’ meetings. Due to COVID-19 all public meetings of the Whitman County Commissioners are closed to in-person attendance. We encourage staff and the general public to participate at: https://zoom.us/j/250921172.

Upon receiving 72 hours’ advance notice, the county will make arrangements to reasonably accommodate the needs of special groups of citizens, including non-English speaking residents and those who are physically disabled or otherwise impaired. A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF GARFIELD WASHINGTON, Whitman County, setting the regular Town Council meeting schedule for November 2020.

BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Garfield as follows:

Section 1: The November 2020 regular Town Council meetings shall be held on Wednesday, November 11th, and Wednesday November 18th beginning at 7:00 pm.

Section 2: The regular Town Council meetings thereafter shall follow the same schedule of the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month beginning at 7:00 pm, as codified in the Garfield Municipal Code 2.02.010.
