9:35 a.m. - Steptoe - SR 23 - A deputy performed a welfare check.

11:28 a.m. - Thornton - Sunset Road - A deputy performed a welfare check.

12:08 p.m. - Rosalia - A deputy assisted in the arrest of Michael D. Babinski, 51, of Latah County, Idaho. No further information available.

5:26 p.m. - Colfax - SR 26 - A stray dog was picked up and taken to the Whitman County Humane Society.

7:26 p.m. - Pullman - Whelan Street - A deputy requested a case number after responding to a call about a suspicious person.

8:33 p.m. - Pullman - SR 195 - Jeffrey A Stoner, 37, arrested for DUI.

Thursday, Oct. 22

9:31 a.m. - Pullman - Kitzmiller Road - A deputy helped with a vehicle stuck in the middle of the road.

9:35 a.m. - Tekoa - A deputy performed a welfare check.

10:12 a.m. - St. John - Short Street - deputy responded to a report of fraud.

10:31 a.m. - Colton - Harrison Street - A deputy performed a welfare check.

1:13 pm. - Farmington - Lincoln Street - A deputy requested a case number after responding to a report of a suspicious person.

1:25 p.m. - Malden - Moreland Avenue - A deputy responded to a complaint about two large dogs in the road.

5:49 p.m. - Colfax - N Cedar Street - A deputy assisted a citizen. No further information was listed.

Friday, Oct. 23

7:53 a.m. - Pullman - Pullman Airport Road - A deputy removed debris from the road.

11:43 a.m. - Pullman - Albion Parvin Road - A vehicle crashed and rolled sideways. No injuries reported.

1:57 p.m. - Colfax - SR 195 - An item was found and a deputy responded.

2:18 p.m. - Pullman - O’Donnell Road - A deputy and Whitman County Fire District 12 responded to a one vehicle crash.

5:40 p.m. - Rosalia - A deputy responded to a burglary alarm.

6:11 p.m. - Garfield - N Seventh Street - A deputy assisted the Garfield police.

Saturday, Oct. 24

10:01 a.m. - Rosalia - Pine City Malden Road - People were hunting on private property without permission.

11:05 a.m. - Rosalia - Pine City Malden Road - Daisy Anguiano, 24, Rosalia, was issued a citation for driving while her license was suspended.

12:50 p.m. - LaCrosse - Hooper Canyon Road - A deputy contacted people accused of shooting from the road.

5:45 p.m. - Clarkston - Wawawai Road - A deputy responded to a report of camping items being stolen from a campsite. The deputy told the reporting party to contact the US Army Corps of Engineers.

11:22 p.m.. - Colfax - N Clay Street - A deputy asked a person to turn down loud music and the person complied.

Sunday, Oct. 25

6:22 a.m. - Pullman - Kitzmiller Road - A deputy contacted a person asking about road conditions.

8:19 a.m. - Oakesdale - Hume Road - A deputy helped state Fish and Wildlife Department with a hunting complaint.

9:02 a.m. - Oakesdale - Oakesdale Road - A deputy helped state Fish and Wildlife Department with a hunting complaint

10:15 a.m. - Farmington - SR 27 - Samantha L. Sanders, 31, of Endicott, was cited for driving while her license is suspended.

10:46 a.m. - Palouse - E Eighth Street - One person was injured during a one-vehicle crash. The Washington State Patrol, Palouse police, Pullman ambulance, and a deputy responded.

11:06 a.m. - Colfax - E Thorn Street - A stray dog was taken to the Colfax animal shelter. It was reunited with its owner later.

1:34 p.m. - Colfax - W Fairview Street - A deputy helped locate and retrieve a woman for a medical facility.

2:01 p.m. - Rosalia - Wells Road - A deputy, an ambulance, and the coroner responded to a non-suspicious death.

2:19 p.m. - Steptoe - A deputy resounded to check on a person suspected of being suicidal. The person was ok.

3:42 p.m. - Albion - N E Street - A person was found deceased. It was not suspicious.

5:36 p.m. - Colfax - W Fairview Street - A deputy responded to an assault. No additional information listed.

7:13 p.m. - Colfax - SR 195 - A deputy responded to a possible assault. “All involved parties were contacted.” No additional information listed.

8:04 p.m. - Colfax - S Main Street - A deputy was responding to a report of a missing child when the child was found.
