Stoner charged for DUI

COLFAX — A Colfax man reportedly told a deputy he took Hydrocodone before driving a car with one headlight on State Route 195 on Oct. 21.

Jeffrey A. Stoner, 37, of Colfax, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs and possession of a controlled substance - methamphetamine.

The deputy reported he saw a vehicle driving south on SR 195 at about 9 p.m. with a missing headlight. He stopped the car and spoke to the driver and a female passenger, according to court records.
