Plowing Bee draws Caterpillars

COLFAX - The 29th Annual Morgan Family Plowing Bee drew many old-time tractors, including four 60 Caterpillar tractors. The event was Saturday, Oct. 17, at the Kennedy Place. Plowing with the Caterpillars kept the owners, John Morgan of Colfax, Gene Stuckle of Davenport, Howard Reiman of Ritzville and Bruce Petty and Asotin, safely socially distanced.

The report submitted to the Gazette stated the weather was great and "the old boys had fun with their toys."...
